I am using a tube from Janna Prosvirina do not use the same tube without a license
you can buy the tube at DAH

Filter needed: EyeCandy 5 - Texture
Font - Seawave Basic
Supplies here

Open the supplies in psp it's in layers and my mask
on the supplies - add a new layer - floodfill white - move to bottom
apply my mask - merge group
click inside the the frame with magic wand - expand with 2
new layer
make a gradient with two colors from your tube
and fill the selection with the gradient
deselect
re-name this layer - water
effect EyeCandy - Texture
move the frame layer above this layer
now add your tube - resize if needed and arrange the moon and cosmos
Before you add © and name - resize all layers
if you like a smaller tag
I resized 90%
select the water layer
Effect EyeCandy - Textures
Same setting as before
Copy merge - open AS - paste as new animation
back in psp - undo
add effect again - hitting the random button
repeat for a total of 4 frames in AS
Done ☺
