I'm using a tube from Dark Yarrow you need a license to use this tube
available at DAH
You need a brush of choice and my mask - right click to save
Font used: Back to Black

Open a new layer 600 X 300
floodfill black (better result if this layer is black) ☺
new layer
pick a color from your tube and floodfill
apply my mask - merge group
effect - distortion effect - wave
add your tube
and depending on the tube - change the Blend mode
I used Multiply for this one
duplicate and mirror
and place them to your liking
add your brush on the group raster layer
add ©
merge layers visible
write your name and apply the same distortion wave effect
merge flat and save a Jpg
Done ☺
