I'm using a tube from GiadaC you need a license to use this tube
available at DAH
You need a closeup of a dark tube for the best result
(see another example in the bottom)
Filters: VM Instant Art
Filter: tranparency - eliminate white
DSB: Flux - bright noise

Open a new layer 600 x 300
floodfill black
VM Instant Art - Lightlines
this is my settings as I only wanted horisontal lines
Filter tranparency - eliminate white
add a new layer - move to bottom - fill with a color from your tube
copyNpaste your tube as top layer
change the blendmode, I used Difference but that depends on your tube
add a new layer - fill with the same color you used before
selection all - selection modify - contract 6
hit delete - select non - add drop shadow to this frame
add © and your name - I used Sick Capital Vice
on the frame layer add DSB Flux - bright noise
select you bottom layer and add the same noise
copy merge - open AS paste as new animation
back in psp undo on both layers
add effect again on both and click one time on the word Lighter
repeat all one more time for a total of three layers in AS
