I'm using the art of Erin Ewer you need a license to use her art
do not use the same tube without a license

Open a big enough canvas and type your name with the font
and choose a suitable tube
Download the font here
my mask if you want to use it right click and save
I used Font size 100 for my name

Choose two colors from your tube - stroke 1
and type out your name
inner bevel
Peen tool - draw lines and polylines
draw a line a bit longer than your name
Width 8 and a color from your tube
Warp brush tool
place the cursor at the end on the left side and hold it a bit
repeat on the other side, with the opposite left twirl
you should end up with something like this
add the same inner bevel
merge layers visible - and drop shadow
add your tube and ©
crop merged opaque
add a new layer - floodfill white - drag to bottom
new layer - floodfill with a color from your tube
add my mask - merge group
☺ done!
