I am using a tube from Fania-Love do not use the same tube without a license
you can buy the tube at DAH
You will need:
Filters: ScreenWorks
PhotoAgingKit
EyeCandy5 - Nature
And a brush of choice, preferably a somewhat round one

Open a new layer 600x300 and choose two colors from the tube and make a
gradient
angle and repeat 0
floodfill your layer
effect ScreenWorks and pick any of the filters depending on your tube
Effect Photo Aging Kit
choose frame 01
layer duplicate - select all - selection contract 10
hit delete - selection non
copyNpaste you tube between the two layers
new layer
stamp with your brush using a color from your tube
add © and you name on new layers
select the brush layer
Effect EyeCandy - ripples this setting
copy merged - open AS paste as new animation
back in psp - undo
repeat this until you get 6 frames in AS
changing the time to 2 then -3-4-5-6
