I'm using this adorable tube from Paola Zunico you need a license to use this tube

this is a little quick tag ☺
Open the pumpkin tube - resize 85%
image canvas size 600x600
you can resize more later if you want
place the lid on the bottom
add your tube - resize to fit on the pumpkin
add drop shadow to all layers
when you are happy with the placement - merge visible
now crop your tag and resize if needed
add a new layer - move to bottom - fill white
new layer fill color from your tube
add my mask - merge group
add © and name
I used Spooky Wooky
on the mask layer
Effect - artistic effect - Halftone these setting
merge and save ☺
