I'm using a tube from Giada Calo licensed at DAH
Do not use this tube without a license
Filters: AAA Frame
EyeCandy 4000 - Jiggle
Filter Funhouse - Xaggerate
Mura's Meister - copies

Open a new layer 600 X 350
I resized this tube 50 %
copyNpaste the tube on your canvas
Muras' Meister Copies
Wall paper rotate - default setting
layer merge down
Filter Funhouse - Xaggerate both waves set to 24
Effect Foto frame - 24
layer duplicate - select all- select modify contract 25
hit delete - select non
CopyNpaste your tube between the layers
duplicate the tube two times
and line them up like in my tag
the middle tube should be on top, that's the one we will animate
Now change the Blend mode on the other two tubes to your liking
I used Multiply and Overlay and maybe set the opacity down a bit
but it totally depends on the tube you use
(on the top tube I soften the edges a bit with - soften brush)
now add © and you name
Freehand selection tool - select the straw
Effect EyeCandy 4000 - Jiggle
select non - copy merge - open AS - paste as new animation
back in PSP - undo twice
add effect again- hitting the random button
repeat for a total of 5 frames in AS
back in PSP deselect and select the warp brush
make a quick click here
copy merge - paste after current frame in AS
set frame properties on this frame only to 150
select all - reverse frames
save and your done ☺
